There will be two reactions to this horrifying report: 1) On the part of the UN and international organizations. They will simply ignore it. 2) On the part of the hate-Israel/antisemitic crowd. They will continue to deny what happened, calling it “Israeli propaganda” or outright lies. Alternatively, they will respond with an “Okay, but……..” and immediately pivot to how “evil” the IDF is and how those apartheid/colonialist/genocidal Israelis had it coming to them.

Is my position cynical and pessimistic? Absolutely, but history—especially very recent history—has taught me to expect the worst from the world.

My recollection is that to deflect attention from Hamas's organized mass rape and mutilation atrocities, accusations were brought forward against the IDF of sexually assaulting Palestinian women in the West Bank. The accusations were duly investigated and found to be pretty baseless - rudeness at West Bank checkpoints nd some IDF soldiers in Gaza acting like frat boys on a panty raid, taking selfies of themselves wearing women's lingerie over their combat uniforms, but by then, attention had moved on.

Thats what the Palestinians and their demonic supporters do. They accuse Israel of that which they are profoundly guilty of.

I had the privilege to host (Professor) Ruth for a couple of speaking engagements that she gave in Manchester late last year, and I entirely agree with everything that you’ve written.

Sadly however, I am not hopeful at all that the perpetrators of the horrendous depravity of October the 7th will ever face justice in any International Court, and I’m even less hopeful, if that’s possible, that the United Nations will do anything at all.

Why?

Consider Glastonbury and their complete lack of any recognition of what happened at the Nova Festival.

And, because Israelis/Jews don’t count.

The world has shown its lack of conscience and its lack of morals over the past year and a half. They showed it when posters of babies kidnapped were torn down. They showed it in their ignorant support of the savages. Unfortunately, this will not change the minds of the deniers. The UN will not come to their senses and the BBC, the NYTimes and the idiots like that loudmouth “young Turk” will find a way to justify it. Our world is upside down.

Thank you for doing this. I could never bring myself to look at the evidence. I cant even bear to look at the pictures of the victims in happier times. Hamas and the entire Palestinian National Movement are demons spawned from hell. This goes without saying. But the hatred I feel for the vile monsters who troll you and others and defend the demons cannot be put into words. At times I fear it will consume me altogether. You mention the secretary general. I place him in the category of the monsters. He fully understands the reality and has from the day it happened. He doesn't care. He probably thinks its justified. The entire UN should be shut down as quickly as possible. It is a blight on the world.

And don’t forget to add to the legions of the deafeningly silent: all the women’s rights groups from UN Women to Me Too and every organization in between. A disgrace of humanity…on top of a disgrace to humanity.

Bless you, Andrew, for seeking this evidence. I went to Israel as a medical volunteer in December, 2024 and declined to visit the site of the Hamas atrocities. I had reason to question my psychological ability to process the experience without experiencing trauma or something close enough to it. I will, however, read the Dinah Project and appreciate that you made it available to all of us.

And to those who will counter with the alleged IDF rapes of prisoners: Even if that is true, it's not an organized, widespread IDF policy to use rape as a weapon. Those are individuals, or maybe a small group, who perpetrated those crimes and they will be investigated and charged. Hamas had and executed a specific policy of rape and dehumanization.

Sadly, I doubt much attention will be paid to the Dinah Report by the usual suspects (UN and its various agencies and rapporteurs with "jurisdiction", "international humanitarian" NGOs, women's organizations outside the global Jewish community, and the news media, until the IDF has completely withdrawn from Gaza, barring the outbreak of another major conflict. Those who have engaged in denial and minimizing Hamas's crimes against both Israelis and Gazans will continue doing what they've been doing since October 7, 2023.

I have nothing to say, or to add to the prior comments, except to say thank you Andrew, and thank you to all of the jurists who put the Dinah Report together.

Thank you for reminding us what Israel's battle is really about.

'Extreme genocidal ideology'. As you have reported since, this has been inverted and placed at Israel's feet. Have read the report, the sadistic glee at inflicting fear and pain via such depravity, planned dehumanisation. I judge others now by their mute reaction to it, or lack of empathy.

Thankyou for this, can imagine what you saw and heard.

I don't expect international forums to provide justice for Jewish victims. Most likely nothing will be done to bring the sadistic rapists and mass murderers to justice by the same forums who have spent the past 21 months being apologists for them and attacking their victims. Only the Jewish nation through the IDF is bringing justice to those hamas rapist monsters. Hopefully the specific individuals have already been dealt with by the IDF.

Supporters of Israel must stop being on the defensive when confronted with imbeciles over Israel's extensive and perfectly justified bombing campaign in Gaza. The next time some punk whines about the plight of the "innocent" Gazans, let this report be a reminder of how this war got started, which was the invasion of Israel and the mass atrocities; murder, rape, kidnapping and genocide against innocent people inside their homes or attending a concert.

.........................................................................................................................................................................................

"Now the question is: what will the world do about it? Acknowledging the truth is the first step. Next must come accountability. No Hamas fighter who took part in the 7 October invasion should escape justice, even if their individual rape victim did not survive to testify against them. The patterns and evidence are enough to indict them as a group for sexual war crimes. The report also pushes for international bodies to step up: it calls on the UN Secretary-General to officially blacklist Hamas as an organisation that uses sexual violence as a weapon of war. (Incredibly, that has not happened yet; a scandal in its own right.) It lays out a roadmap for prosecuting these crimes in forums such as the International Criminal Court. In short, it demands justice".

Those questioning the sexual violence weren’t interested in evidence, the evidence was there if they wanted to see it. they were only interested in denigrating the victims. These people are beyond vile and the scum of the earth.

As I was reading this post I came to see some of how the state of our world at the moment has twisted up my own head.

I saw this post while I was at the gym and started reading it. I started thinking that I shouldn’t let anyone see what I was reading because I didn’t want to get into some sickening debate about the report and its validity. It took me a minute to realize I wouldn’t have gotten into that debate because I’ve been in Israel for the past several months
